ONLINE BOOKING CONDITIONS
- You can book thru online only until 12 hours prior to the appointment. For example, to make an appointment for Saturday 12:00 p.m., you need to book online before Friday 11:59 p.m.
- After that, the calendar will be shown as 'BOOKED' whether it is fully booked or not. To check the same day availability, please call or text the clinic at 780 504 0881.
- You can cancel your appointment ONLINE until 12 hours prior to your appointment.
- You can reschedule your appointment ONLINE until 6 hours prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
MONDAY-FRIDAY APPOINTMENTS
- 24 hours notice = no charge
- Less than 24 hours to your appointment = $15 cancellation fee added to your next session.
- No Shows = Full Session Fee added to your next session.
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
- 24 hours notice = no charge
- 24 hours-12 hours = 50% of your session fee added to your next session.
- No Shows or less than 12 hours cancellation = 100% of the missed session fee added to your next session.
CANCELLATION DUE TO THE SICKNESS/EMERGENCY
- If you are too sick to come for a massage due to flu/cold, or other conditions that are contraindications for massages, please let me know at your earliest convenience. Cancellation fee will be waived in such cases. Please call me ahead if you are not sure whether to come or not.
